New Commercial Development Venture

Beiler-Campbell Commercial Realty is proud to present a unique commercial opportunity in Oxford, Pennsylvania. Two restaurant sites, with drive-thru capability, and a retail store site are being developed and will be available for use in early 2006. An established bank is currently finalizing construction, making this commercial are a conveniently located, multi-functional zone.

The sites are prominently located on Route 10, the main access road to downtown Oxford, and less than a mile from Route 1, the central artery through southern Chester County. With the rapid growth of southern Chester County, Oxford offers the opportunity to expand a presence in a rapidly growing area, not yet saturated by competition.

Oxford is quickly becoming a booming center of small business and modern housing, and yet is still a town rich in history. Founded in 1754, Oxford is named after Oxford, England, and still retains that “small town” charm. The area has excellent demographics as indicated in the following attachments. Oxford is located close to Lancaster, PA, a major tourist and shopping destination, and is easily accessible to Philadelphia, Baltimore and Wilmington, DE. With large retailer like Wal-Mart entering the town, Oxford is quickly becoming a major presence in Chester County. These pad sites are available now for lease.
